Performance introduction:
1. Adopting PLC programmable controller, 7" large touching screen,
the machine speed, set bag length, actual bag length, and packaging
output will all be displayed on the touch screen. It is very easy
and simple in operating.
2. Automatic fault diagnosis, all fault clear display at a galance,
very convinient in fault clearance and maintenance
3. Automatic alarm for feeding failure - Film buffering function,
automatic stop for fabric and film breakage, and anti cutting
function.
4. Automatic tracking of electric eye color codes, so that it is
compitable for blank and printed packing film, meet for different
customer packing requirements.
5. Adjustable bag former - Suitable for various specifications of
packaging materials and bag sizes, flexible in different clients
for different industries usage.
6. Packaging form: synchronized with folding part, automatic
connect, save in time and labor, the packing type can be customized
as H type 3 side pack or four side seal pack, and can be flat
folding or rolling then pack.
7. Equipped with automatic coding function, it can print production
batch number, production date, expiration date and other words on
the outer packaging
8. Electrical control system: PLC system, man-machine interface,
control circuit, power circuit, temperature control and other
auxiliary controls
